I've had a great time modifying my Triumph Bonneville to how I like it. This non-profit site shows some of what I've done that might also work for the T100, Thruxton or Scrambler. No great shakes as it stands, but I'd like it to expand and evolve as my time and limited knowledge allows.
AI removed - two SV650 sump bolts and intake manifold spigot cap. Wiseco 904cc big bore piston and sleeve kit
KARK - air box cut down in situ, K & N pod filters and s/s engine breather filter, carbs mounted on s/s brackets and old filter box converted to tool kit carrier. Carb mods - 42 pilots; 130 dyno-jet mains (equivalent to about 152 to 155ish normal-type mains); Kawazaki GPz900 slide springs; thruxton needles; 6 shims; airslide vacuum holes drilled out to 3mm; dyno-tuned. Magnetic oil drain bolt
Exhausts - straight through megas (previously TORS followed by Norman Hyde Togas). 18 tooth sprocket
